I received an incomplete order. I was worried about taking a loss as I didn't get much information in the package. I have emailed the company. They replied within a day. I managed it and got a new bed within a week. The whole week before Christmas 2020. The construction went great. I was a bit nervous because it clearly says that the last leg is difficult to attach. An online video invites you to find someone to help you. I didn't need it. I turned the bed on its side, got to my feet and grabbed the covers. You can literally feel the bed snap into place. I insured everything myself. My dog destroys all their beds. This is still intact after three weeks and looks like it will last a long time. Great product, I would order again but I don't think I'll have to do it for at least a year. Can't rate comfort, although my dog uses it.
