NOT bright, very disappointing!

Light dispatched by Revain and delivered within 24 hours (thanks Revain). I have tested several different light heads and NONE is bright let alone 3 watt LED brightness. They aren't even as bright as a real 1 watt diode. Very disappointing as I had good luck with the amber version of this light head from this seller but I returned it immediately for a full refund.
