They are very bright and eye-catching. Otherwise I can't say anything positive. The formula was inconsistent and incredibly clumpy (eyeliner AND mascara). LINER: Applied unevenly. Pretty sure the bad formula and worn out brush applicator didn't stand a chance. INK: Very colorful. Does nothing for your lashes and the formula is very thick and sticky. If it makes sense In general, it depends on what you want from it. If you are looking for a quality product, keep looking. In the two attached photos I used an orange pen and then a blue one. The orange isn't too bad, but the blue was terrible. It was too thick, wrinkled and cracked. The only reason it didn't look 10x worse was because I applied Nyx Vivid Brights underneath, not expecting the liner to shape well or give me defined lines.
