This material is thick, synthetic like poly construction paper and just doesn't stick well to wax. Sometimes the wax doesn't come off with the paper, so you'll have to reattach it, rub it into the wax, and pull again. It is very annoying, painful and unnecessary. And if, like me, you wax at home and sometimes use the same strip a few/multiple times, you'll end up with more wax on your legs (or elsewhere) than you started with. for more than a decade, mostly in salons but also at home (exclusively now due to COVID). This stuff might work for you, but not for me. I prefer muslin or muslin-like cotton material, which is actually a fabric (some people don't like cotton pilling, but I don't mind). I'm not sure how they define fabric, but I wouldn't call this fabric fabric.
