I only bought the device a few weeks ago so here's a preview. After a few months of regular use I will add a more detailed review. Overall I think this little pup has great features for the price. Pros: - Excellent battery life - The screen is clean, bright, and sharp enough for most tasks (including reading comics) - The stylus is more useful than I expected, taking notes feels natural - Sturdy construction stands up. I've dropped it lightly a few times now, and while it's not advertised as waterproof, it survived a bit of rain when I accidentally left it in a travel chair bag overnight. The texture of the tough plastic is pleasant to the touch. I'm not interested in supposedly "premium" materials like glass, ceramic or metal on the back of phones or tablets. They can be beautiful to look at and good to photograph for marketing purposes, but in my opinion they add no ergonomic value, they just make devices harder to hold and more prone to breakage if dropped. I wish this thing had a fingerprint reader. I've had one in my phones for about 3 years and miss it here. - The stylus dock is in a strange place for me. It's docked in the lower-left corner when you're holding the tablet in portrait mode. I'm right-handed and would prefer it to be on the right side, so maybe it's very handy for left-handers. I hold it upside down in portrait mode so the stylus is in the top right corner for more natural access when holding the device with my left hand. Probably not fast enough for advanced users, but will do for light to medium use. Noticed a lag here and there. I've been looking for a device like this for a while and for me it strikes a great balance between a multi-purpose Android tablet, a lightweight portable computer, a digital notepad, a cloud web development tool (when I don't have access to my main laptop) , an e-reader, books and digital comics, a digital drawing device, etc. It works well with Android apps, especially note-taking and various drawing apps. ] Since it's essentially a Chromebook, you also get a full desktop and even access to Linux apps. For $330 this is a pretty good kit. It seems geared towards the student education sector and I think it will suit most of them. If you're looking for a complete laptop replacement with more processing power, this probably won't help you. Maybe consider paying the premium price for an Intel-based Pixel Slate or iPad. But for me it's a great balance of features for the price, and I'm already enjoying it.
