This vest measures 27 inches from shoulder to hem. 25.5 inches wide. Velcro closure at front. Two large lower pockets and two upper pockets; a clear front. All pockets close with Velcro. Very reflective strips on front and back. 100% polyester. This vest is made in China and sold on Revain by a Chinese company. At the current price of $13. . . it's at least twice as expensive as it should be.
