I'll start by saying I had no trouble setting the clock to use. The problem was that the only thing that was right was the timing and maybe my steps. My blood pressure was very low and my sleep was far away. This would show that I sleep maybe 3 hours a night. I don't sleep well, but it's not that bad. I wore them for about a month, mostly as a watch, which was frustrating because they didn't always tell the time when I moved my wrist. I made a move 4 or 5 times and still no time showed. I was still using it to buy a new watch and then wanted to throw it away but before I could do that I got 3 really red spots on my wrist. The largest was right where the sensor is on the back of the watch, and there were two others that appeared to be where the metal of the strap touched my skin. At first I thought it was an allergic reaction even though I wore it for a month. Over time we can develop allergies but after a few days it got really shiny and looked a lot like a burn and then it blistered so I figured it was some kind of burn. It will heal on its own and I don't think it will leave any scars but thought I'd write this review in case anyone else has a similar reaction.
