Review on Sympa HR by John Rocha

I enjoyed using symple especially with our team at work which was growing quickly, it helped us organize the information better allowing access for everyone without having to go through several different systems such as CRM platforms etc. Honestly we did not find any dislikes about Sympl however they are now coming out with an API where businesses can create applications that sync/communicate directly from their programs like Salesforce! We had realized this when talking internally within symples development department but it's been awhile since then! For small business companies looking to grow fast (and who dont want alot of upfront cost) symph should be given serious thought because its cheap compared too others products currently available! It has assisted my workplace greatly by making everything very organized & accessible. I like how it provides me with detailed reports for payroll, attendance etc. It also allows my employees to access their information from anywhere they are using any device including Smartphones which makes life easier when dealing remotely as well. In some areas of this software there could be more options/features available but overall its very helpful especially during an emergency situation where we need to provide accurate records without delay!
