I use it as a men's pocket square. I bought three of these little scarves in different prints and colors to use as pocket squares. This is a quality silk and the print is applied on both sides. They are very thin and light and tend to rise up in your pocket when you move them. To avoid this, after folding the scarf into the desired style, I double wrapped the bottom half of the scarf/bib with the elastic and it stays in place much better, although they do get a bit of adjustment from time to time have to . .
