Nylon is incredibly thick and stretchy. Made in America. They are the same ones my father has used for 30 years. I have no doubt that they will accompany me for a lifetime. I was very concerned that I would not find the same high quality that I was used to as a child. I'm glad to see they haven't changed the design or sacrificed quality. Go ahead Ankra! Don't worry about anything else!
