Poor craftsmanship
Really shoddy craftsmanship. In most cases, the rod doesn't go through the holes, and if they do go through one side, they don't line up with the other side. Also, the locking system is a screw that cannot be locked. I've got a bunch of lost keys in the bottom of my pocket. I was lucky it didn't come open during use. I would have lost my keys.
