Easy and affordable registry service plus fantastic Customer Service
The customer support is great! They are always willing to help you out when needed, they're quick with response times (even during business hours), very helpful in explaining things about their services that aren't entirely clear from reading through it all. I really like how easy everything was for me as an attendee/volunteer - signing up took maybe 5 minutes of my time total- no questions asked or anything else required beyond filling it out correctly. It's also super cheap compared to other registries we've used before so there wasn't much risk involved at all either way since nothing had been done wrong yet if this didn't work out. We were able to have our volunteers sign us up quickly without any hassle by using them instead of having each volunteer do it themselves after registering separately online beforehand.
- Great service overall; friendly staff who don’t mind helping anyone anytime day nor night whenever necessary while remaining professional throughout every interaction even though most people may be calling due just because something isn' t working properly.
- Everything worked well both here locally over phone &/or email but especially via web app which allowed attendees registration easily within seconds once signed
