Overall I think this is a good wrist brace for a car tunnel. This is a universal orthosis for the left and right hand. It has simple instructions that make it very easy to wrap it around any hand yourself. It has two Velcro points, one you line up and secure first, and the other after you've finished wrapping, and keeps the palm rest securely in place. That extra Velcro really helps you roll over straight and safe. The material is also quite soft and comfortable, making it easy to wear for a long time and still keep your wrist straight. I noticed a slight improvement in my wrist pain after wearing it all day. The only downside is the left hand wrap, it wraps on top and has a slightly different feel. It's still secure and comfortable, but I've noticed a little less improvement with my left hand.
