Very low V-neck but otherwise great dress

I ordered this dress for my teenager and it is beautiful. It's made in a classic style that looks great. It is well made and drapes well. And - it has pockets! The only problem we have is that the V-neck is very low and nothing can hold it up. If she wears it as is, it will expose her bra down the middle. We need to add a few stitches or find something to close the V-neck a little.
