Used for 1" webbing pacifier straps after unsuccessful search for plastic clips that will not disintegrate or present a choking hazard. Found these after buying a set of painted (black) clips. The black ones have chipped paint, and since the clip goes in children's mouths (whether you like it or not), I'd go with the unpainted ones. They will (eventually) rust from repeated washing/air drying, but they are inexpensive. If you make your own, just know that you can get the best out of them by washing and towel drying as much moisture as possible. They didn't rust as quickly as store-bought metal clips.
