I like that they can be customized to fit into our needs as we grow through out years of existence for this product! The UI is easy enough if you're familiar with how it works but I'd recommend having some understanding before jumping right into creating an account because there's alot of stuff going back n forth when adding things or changing them. We've been able to track what jobs are scheduled each day/week so those who get put off due to weather have something to look forward too (or at least know their job was rescheduled). I love that On-Time has made it easy to get quotes, schedule appointments, and manage the whole booking process in one place. I dislike that the app is a little glitchy sometimes. I wish it was more reliable. We have been able to fix problems with the app and tickets in a matter of minutes. We used to use a different software for scheduling and booking appointments. It was very clunky and complicated to use. With On-Time, everything is so much more streamlined.
