I like the adaptability of positioning this phone holder in the car. However, I strongly recommend that the base of the phone holder (when attached to the windshield) touches the dashboard and is tilted slightly up towards you. I've found that while it can hold phones with external covers like the Otterbox, it doesn't hold them very firmly. . And if you hit bumps or it shakes too much when the mount is positioned straight up and down and slightly above the dash, the vibration can cause the phone to pop out. Position it down to touch the dash and tilt it up slightly (so far), seems to stay in the mount. Other than that I think it's a very good holder and I would recommend it out of all the others I've tried. But I have a suggestion for the manufacturers of this product: make hands that stay in the phone a little longer and somehow integrate the phone holding function, convenient lock / unlock thanks to this design. It sticks to the glass very well and pretty well in whatever position you put it in. So this feature makes it a really great device to buy for all my vehicles. can do fast enough
