Works well, heat resistant.

Nice mat for working with electronics. Heat resistant, leaves no marks and will not be cut. Anti-static straps are useful, you need a grounding socket, I made my own from a spare three-wire cord (cut off the ungrounded contacts from the plug and tape the hot and neutral wires). Small parts squares at the top are handy for component storage. I would like an even larger version of the same rug.
