I bought these for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She loved her! The headphones are so comfortable that she even falls asleep in them. I chose this headset because it has a volume limiter to protect your ears and you can use it with an extra cable if you forgot to charge it. I was very surprised at how strong they are. They were thrown, trampled and participated in tug-of-war. I would say they are safe for young children. It's also very easy to pair with any Bluetooth device. We get lots of compliments on how cute they are. A tip: if possible, charge them up before giving them away. Small children are not very patient.
