The bracelet is cute, I ordered a small one, it just fit me. I wear it all the time, I even sleep. Occasionally I have pain in both hands, sometimes both (thumbs) but I no longer wear the thumb immobilizer that I need for my cashier job. I don't know if it works because I "believe" it works or if it actually does something for arthritis. I'm thankful it works. I give 4 stars because despite a perfect fit (?) sometimes when worn constantly, especially at night, the bracelet on the arm "up" slips up to the stop. leaving an imprint on the skin (like a rubber band would if it was too tight - it's not as BAD as what a rubber band does, it just "sticks" further in my hand than I'd like. Me don't do it. I do think there's something you can do other than delete it in your sleep, but it worked so well that I think it's worth putting up with the occasional red label (that goes away!). .
