I liked that it was easy to install and did not require any additional components or hardware like other similar products we looked at previously.The size makes it able to work well as an emergency backup when needed without requiring major infrastructure changes and also allows us to be flexible about where the units are placed within our facility if required by need. We have been using them since they were first introduced into the market place and so far haven't had much experience with issues but their customer support has been very helpful. It is not expensive as compared to some of the larger systems available and can easily pay for itself over time. We use this product primarily as emergency back up during outages from weather events such as storms and tornadoes. It's easy to install and it can be used as an emergency backup or regular source of electricity supply. I don't have any dislikes about this product. If you are looking for something that will provide reliable back up power then go ahead with this product. This has been very useful when we had problems with our main grid supplying us with power. We were able to use this during times where there was no power from our main grid supplier.
