Great for keeping track of our customers visits and their spending!
The ability of this software for tracking our customer visits at any given point during their stay with us was an immediate benefit we realized right away! I like that it's easy enough even my non-tech savvy staff could use without help from IT personnel if needed.
It also helps me keep all business information organized as well which makes life easier overall since there isn't much room left over once everything gets added up (which happens quite often). Not really anything specific about what i dislike but just be aware some older computers/browsers may not have compatibility issues using certain features such as webpages loading slowly etc., especially after upgrading browsers multiple times due to security concerns. This has been resolved by updating browser versions however sometimes they will still load slow occasionally depending upon site content loaded within them; otherwise no problems encountered thus far though other than those mentioned above regarding old computer hardware &.
- Ability is created where you'll want more details or info when reviewing visit data later can view reports directly through website interface instead having go into database files individually each time.
- Easy accessability wherever internet available including work sites remote locations while mobile device connected
