In my two and a half years I've been looking for a step stool for too long and finally decided on this one. On my first order one stool arrived cracked so I contacted the company and they sent me two new stools free of charge. Excellent customer service! I like these stools a lot. I needed something for my son to reach the sink and with the addition of the faucet extender it fits him perfectly now and we will eventually remove the faucet extender when he grows up. It's light enough and has handles on both sides so he can pull it out from under the sink to wash his hands and just put it back in. He will also carry it down the hall to the kitchen to use if he wants to help me cook. It's a good height for this purpose and doesn't slide on hardwood floors.
