Poor quality

Very poor quality. Tissue paper is folded, cut incompletely, or cut with very jagged edges. Wrinkled. Some had the white ribbon fall off completely, others had to be tied together as they were loose and off center. All these problems contributed to the tears and poor outcome of the flower. See photos.
