I was too panicked to take pictures at the time, but . I bought one of these earlier and thought it was a great little thing. Well today, just a few days after receiving my second one. Someone came to my door. I have two mall dogs, both about 12 pounds, and one jumped up a bit and touched the top of the gate. I think she pulled out her backpack and she landed on top of my Maltese, her head went right through one of the holes, and she was trapped underneath him. As the weight fell on her, the other dog became restless and even jumped to one side, causing her even more pain. If I hadn't stood by them, she could have easily been killed. It was so tight we literally had to take a hacksaw and cut out the gate to get the head out. Now it's in the trash along with the other one I bought before.
