This is about the tenth diamond painting I've made and the first I've seen with this finish. Instead of a clear piece of plastic on top of the design (covering the sticky part), it's white so you can't see the design. When I picked it up, the sticky surface was a clear sheet of plastic that looked like it had just been placed on top of a drawing. It almost looks ironed. This is how the surface shines on it. Being almost entirely red and green, the reflection makes the characters very difficult to read. I'm not looking forward to getting started. I usually work with one color at a time, but I can't see where it is until I've covered the whole image. Very disappointed, especially considering how long it took to get here and how long it would take to finish.
