Insert moves for my opinion

So it’s nice heavy weight and all but the insert will come out easily. I will need to glue them down. Bummer Mirror Size is Small: The mirror on the inside of the Hivory organizer may not be large enough to provide a clear reflection for those trying to put on their jewelry, making it difficult to see details and potentially frustrating to use!

I have an abundant of earrings and it fits the purpose excellently. Thank you.
