Useful security measure, especially for do-it-yourselfers
Had to repair the steeply sloping roof of the depot. I crawled to the roof visor and attached this device, then attached a heavy duty carabiner to my safety line. Definitely easy to use and I felt confident it was strong enough to support my weight if I slipped (I weigh about 200lbs).
