So far. Happy for men

Okay, finally pulled the trigger. I spent a lot of time researching this model, the 5 star shaving head and the Andis razor. I got a haircut every week for $20 a piece, and my haircut basically consisted of shaving my head. I love the barbershop experience but also wanted to save a few bucks. Several barbers in the store use a razor head (red) and I had my eye on it at first but decided to give the finale a try. I am happy with my purchase. I've probably used it about 10 times and haven't had any issues with performance or cut quality. The only complaint I would have (if it can be called a complaint) is the lack of customer service from Wahl. After paying almost $100 for it I want to make sure I'm cleaning it with the right products and the instructions are pretty vague. There's a tutorial online, but Wahl's video doesn't talk about specific products used to clean or lubricate. I emailed Val twice and never got a reply. I've just used Wahl Total Care Spray and it seems to be working well. I will say that during my initial research on this product I saw some negative reviews about the foil and the quality of the cut with longer hair growth. The best advice I can give. let the razor do its job. It doesn't take much pressure to bring the bristles to skin level. Keep in mind that if your hair is longer than your stubble (probably 4 days old), you'll need to do more passes to get to the skin. If you're cutting stubble, it cuts very well. As for the quality of the film. The foil is very thin, which is necessary for a tight cut. Personally I haven't had any issues with the foil tearing and after 10 uses it was in pretty good condition. You just have to be a little careful when cleaning and not applying too much pressure when applying and everything will work great.
