I love the concept. Because it's inflatable, I can unpack it, stow it away, and carry it in the bag that came with it. That's better than saving room in my luggage for a full-size neck pillow. But we'll have to wait and see how durable this solution will be. I don't like that you can't open it, take out your bladder and throw it in the wash. Instead you have to hand wash it - this will be annoying as I wash it after every use in a public place like on the plane. It's not as big as I thought. I have a big head and can barely pull the front of my hoodie over my eyes when I want to turn off the light and go to sleep. Larger heads may want to look elsewhere, or the manufacturer may offer multiple sizes. I found that the pillow around my neck and the sweatshirt I wore over my head got uncomfortably hot on some flights. On a colder flight I would of course be happy about it. So I wanted the hoodie to be removable (for warmer flights) and snapped back on for cooler ones. I can't say much about the durability as I haven't had it that long. So far, so good.
