If you're like me wondering whether you should get a Humancentric adapter or a Gladiator adapter for H236HL, I'll say it in no uncertain terms: get this Gladiator. The Humancentric adapter doesn't even fit my H236HL even though it is listed on their website. I tried so hard my monitor nearly broke and I still couldn't insert the Humancentric adapter properly (no "click"). However, this adapter fits PERFECTLY and I have had no issues with my monitor fitting securely. I see a slight wobble as this adapter does not have a back support. Also, the welding work looks pretty messy. But as long as he's doing his job, I'm not complaining. It's definitely better than leaving my monitor hanging in the air with the Humancentric adapter and just holding it lightly with steel pins. Got it.
