I like that you can use this app with any smart device, whether it's an android or apple smartphone/tablet (I have both). It is very easy in setting up your account using their website as well if needed! The support team are great too - always willing & able help when required!! Sometimes there might be some lag time while connecting but overall its good service so far :) We've been working together since 2015 mainly handling customer calls from our clients' websites which was previously done by landlines only hence we were looking at something more convenient than having multiple phones lines running around all day long :P.
