I bought this mount having previously had their other fixed desktop mounts. Their build quality was pretty good, but they fail from time to time. In this case, for the gas spring version, it had the wrong size screws to attach the bracket - it required an M5 screw (which was included) but actually required an M6 screw. Also, when trying to put the screws in, they didn't account for the powder coating tolerance. Therefore, they are a bit difficult to turn at first, but become easier when the screw releases the powder-coated threads. One consideration I didn't think of before buying this mount was whether you have a flat desk or it's leaning against a wall. , you need to move the table away from the wall. Otherwise, you'll have to place monitors very close (and uncomfortable) to your face.
