Very comfortable shorts! They're pretty thin, which is good because they're pretty airy and light. I love the zip pockets! Many training shorts come with no pockets and a bonus zip. For reference to pocket size, my large iPhone 10s Max fits in my pocket, sticking out a bit, but the zipper locks it in place. And the phone doesn't dangle when you walk, which some shorts do. As with any "technological" fabric, they breathe poorly where it's denser, or there's no airflow, like when sitting between the legs (at least for those who hmm, don't have skinny legs), so it can be a little hot and/or sweaty. But as soon as you get up and move, it cools down quickly. It does seem to chafe a little when my feet touch while walking, but flexing the belt and lifting helps a little. (This may also be because I usually wear pants/shorts a bit lower as I don't like anything tight around my waist.) For reference: I'm 5'8", 179 lbs, hips and thighs, big size fits me perfectly.
