What I like most about this system was that it allowed me to send all my emails from one account, so when you receive emails or files via email they are sent directly into your mailbox instead of going through some other program first (like outlook). It's very easy once set up. Sometimes there can be issues with logging back onto the computer after being away but nothing too major has ever happened - which isn't always great! We've been using Microsoft Outlook as our main mail client since 2007/2008 however we were having problems keeping track of what messages went out where before switching over to meriplax; now everything gets put straight under 1 roof allowing us more insight at a glance.
