Excellent product. It fits the hype. I do intense workouts and I've always had a problem with the headband falling out of my ponytail. I often fastened my old hair ties to keep my hair from slipping off my neck and against my neck. The photo I've attached shows my hair after a 2 hour intense workout. (one hour Les Mills Body Attack and one hour running). I didn't need clamps to hold it. You can't do better. I cut off about 7 balls to get the diameter I needed. My only problem is the price. $20 for 8 is very expensive. But maybe in this case you get what you pay for. It's excellent and I'd recommend it if you can stomach the high price.
