After reading some of the reviews about how the product looked when it arrived I was a little scared but I took a chance and I'm glad I did . It was well packaged and everything was intact. I had to adjust the black ribbon in the chain because it was loose, but it was easy. I am grateful to the seller for making the necessary changes to ensure a quality product.
