Came in a box with no instructions. There are limited and confusing parts and some pictograms on the box. the slide switch as shown on the box only turns the device on and off. 4 If you want it to flash like a beacon, you need to use the included remote control. The remote control is not listed on the packaging. DON'T LOSE IT. All in all, it looks like a pretty useful device. The dome is sealed with an O-ring. if you want to lug the device off the roof into a snowstorm just to turn it on, use the remote control.
