I have a lot of experience with LED strips. This product works just like many others I have used. Some complain about the adhesive strip on the back. They all suck and this is no exception. I use pins to stay on top. The color is good and the remote control is quite responsive to me, better than I expected. The remote control is infrared, not bluetooth or any other radio band. It has some do-it-yourself settings that I have yet to figure out and there is no manual for it. Like many LED strips, this one is easily damaged. The last 3 feet of my strip is missing a blue channel because I bent the LED strip and after the bend I have no blue, just red and green. In addition, this kit contains two coils and the transformer/adapter box has two connections. At the end of each strip is a connector to connect the next string. However, if you connect it, you notice a drop in brightness due to overvoltage. You will get better brightness by using both output connectors instead of the built-in connector. The brightness is pretty good for my use. You won't get much impact in bright light, but you'll see a lot in a dark room. Overall I am satisfied and would buy this product again. It has some disadvantages, but they are the same for every LED strip you buy.
