I bought this wonderful massager to get rid of my back and neck pain. Press the button next to it to change the rotation of the Shiatsu's internal ball mechanism. The only problem might be if you are short like me and also not very flexible. Adjusting the device yourself can be difficult, especially when you need it just right to get the right position and pressure. Tip: For additional pain relief, lean back fully toward the device. I tried sitting up straight and it wasn't as intense. So I sat back and voila! This device is worth the investment as it will save you time and money on chiropractor visits.
