A broken bracelet caused the watch to break!

I've had this strap for just over a month and it broke causing my apple watch to fall on concrete and shatter! I emailed the company and they offered to send me another strap - which they never did - and my watch needs to be fixed! I've had the watch for almost a year and have changed many straps on it and never had a problem! This band broke up where the band meets the clock!
