The saying "don't judge a book by its cover" hasn't been truer. I looked at the packaging and didn't think anything of it but oh boy was I in for a surprise. I'm glad that rather than spend money on fancy packaging they put it towards a good product. I am wayyyyy beyond impressed with these knives and blades. I have had this item sitting in my shopping cart flip flopping to "saved for later" for about a year now and I fee to say. I only upset that I hadn't purchased it sooner. I kept putting it off as anon priority item figuring that I can just go to the hardware store for a cheap plastic one for 99 cents. This here right out of the box is sturdy, no plastic clip, clip seems like durable steel and is part of the knife itself so there's no worry about it snapping in my pouch or pocket like so meant others. The blade itself sits very firmly with no rattling like I'm used to after wear down of plastic or cheaply made metal ones, and each one came with a very good quality spare blade holder that one would normally buy separately, and every notch to move the blade is in fact a notch that is very defined and felt so that the blade doesn't move unless you intend for it to. I don't leave many reviews but I had to with this one because it far exceeded any expectations I had for it. Well but again and follow up later on as to how well they hold up after a few months of use.
