These shoes are amazing, this dangling thing is just the best idea. What I liked besides the clear quality, convenient delivery and well-packaged items is that they included interchangeable heels for the shoes. In fact I've never seen this before and thought it was a wonderful gesture as my little girl will be wearing these heels. The gold shoes are just gorgeous and they go well with her ensemble. We tried to return them when they were a size smaller - we were 12 and she usually wears these - but we had to refund the money, not another product. She decided to buy the bigger blue ones and I will return the gold ones. Her only purpose was this ball princess, so I let her choose her own color. I'll probably buy her more of these shoes in dazzling or expressive bright colors when she grows up. These shoes were a little tight on her and she wears thicker winter tights with them so I'm hoping a full size rather than a half helps as returns are a bit more difficult. However, this is a great product. Every girl should be able to wear such beautiful shoes and feel like the queen of her prom. I'm sad the gold ones are going away and will likely place another order within the next 30 days. These are not elastic shoes. They are difficult to put on, even when they are small. They hurt and sting if they are too small. She said otherwise they are comfortable. Don't leave shiny tracks behind. Well made and durable. I was concerned that the packaging would affect them negatively as they were only bagged and bubble wrapped; no box. However, there were no problems and the shoe has a more durable structure.
