Great for me for fish and aquatic animals
This light replaced the Aqueon aquarium light which did a great job with algae growth in my 6 gallon plant cube. The reasons I chose this light were the ability to adjust the height and angle of the light and the built in timer function which the Aqueon cannot. Within a week of installing this light, the algae disappeared and the plants took off and reached the surface of the aquarium. I recommend this for small cubic tanks.
