Uodate: While my review still stands because it is based on my experience with this product, I must add that the company has offered me a replacement twice. I declined because I have 2 of each set that work. They refund me 50% of the cost of each order and inform their technicians of my problems. So, great customer support! Original: This is the second set you have purchased. With the 1st set, I dropped my device from the sofa onto the carpet (twice, with two different cables) and both ends of the cable were bent by 45%. Although I've done this many times, I realized user error and ordered a second set. The first two cables I used from this second set, one on the phone and one on the Kindle, are so tight that I have to pull really hard to disconnect the mic end and I'm so scared that a small part of the device breaks down energy. Connector that fits into a micro connector. This happened to my husband and we had to buy a new Kindle. It's frustrating. The cords from the first pack fit perfectly but bend quite easily. The second package does not match the size. Too tight when inserting and removing. I went back to my old tape. I am so disappointed.
