This cable was ordered to replace the Chromebook my son's school provides. He lost his charging cable, most likely because it also fits and charges the Nintendo Switch. It was a much cheaper option than running around the school to swap out the power cord. If we happen to find the original power cord, we have an extra charger for the Nintendo Switch in case something happens to that cord.
