Upon initial inspection the pouch seems very well made, definitely equivalent in construction to those 2-3 times higher in price.The inside of the pouch is a sewn in thin layer of neoprane for insulation.The shoulder strap has metal/aluminum snap hooks and the rings the snap onto is actual metal (tested by use of a magnet).In addition, it came with a second padded carry handle about the length if a bucket/pale handle, also made of high quality/workmanship.I may be wrong, but I see this lasting for quite a while with proper care.
