One shoe is smaller than the other
My wife always buys the more expensive size 8.5 NewBalance shoes and they usually fit great. For some reason the right shoe was smaller and the big toe rested on the toe. The shoes looked like new but the inner packaging showed they had been returned. Maybe they were returned for the same reason we returned them. I thought New Balance quality was consistent, but it's not. We are thinking about our next purchase.
