This backpack is the perfect size for my wife to use every day. It was bought to replace her Madewell bag with the intention of only using it while cycling but she hasn't stopped using it since we opened it! The leather is beautiful and durable. This is a perfect example of combining form and function AND fashion! The workmanship of the bag is beyond what we expected for the money - there are many compartments inside and everything is lined! It's also lightly padded. It fits perfectly on her 13-inch Chromebook, along with a water bottle and other essentials. My wife's favorite part is that the shoulder straps are so ingeniously designed that they can be pulled on and double as a crossbody bag - perfect when your hands are full of groceries and can't fit into the "backpack" position. I've used it in the market, taken it on hikes, brought it to class, worn it to dinner. Happy wife happy life! Excellent purchase!
