I accidentally bought them. I was really looking for a pair of fleece lined cold weather tights and these are Nylon. That's my fault, I didn't pay attention to the description. In any case, the tights are of good quality and very elastic. They don't appear transparent. I bought these for my 9 year old granddaughter who is 52-53 inches tall. If your child is taller, I recommend going up a size so it will last longer. I will keep them as they may be used for other purposes.
